Notes:

  • I hope you all had a peaceful and relaxing Thanksgiving!

  • New Jan. 15 music will be passed out tonight (Part assignments and music markings are on our web site)

  • For Sunday’s Concert – Be on stage and warming up no later than 1:30 p.m.  There will be sound checks for our Quartet at 1:20, Oboes at 1:25, Keyboard at 1:20 and our announcer at 1:35.  Full band warm up at 1:40 p.m.

  • Our 1:40 warm up piece will be “A Hanukkah Festival from (97) to (149).

  • For all 1st time players, especially students.  Traffic and Parking will be a problem.  Give yourself plenty of time so that you can be on stage at 1:30.

  • At Cambier, cases etc. should be put back stage.  Items that are not a necessity for the concert should not be on stage.  Also, only band personnel related to the concert will be allowed on Stage.

  • Sunday’s concert will be recorded and put on our web site.  You may also purchase a CD for $3.  Put your CD order in to your section leader tonight.  Section leaders give your CD order info. to John Salminen.

  • Remember Dianne’s instructions for passing in music after the concert!

  • Our Fleet Review is this Saturday, Dec.3.  We will have a Fleet Review check after rehearsal tonight.

  • Need a uniform – see Jeff Ricigliano (T. Sax.)

  • Tuba Christmas is on Thursday, Dec. 8 at Sugden Plaza.  Registration is at 4 p.m. and Rehearsal is from 4:30 to 6 p.m., both at Sugden Plaza.  The Concert is from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.  See Bud Gartland (Tuba) for the details.

  • Extra rehearsal sheets, Jan. 15 sample CDs, Jan. 15 music markings,  etc. are on the front table.

  • Please put your stand on one of the stand racks at the end of rehearsal.
